Bypass 'Over Quota' ProblemIf you're unlucky, you'll hit 'over quota' problem when downloading from MEGA. Workaround for this problem is using new IP address when resuming download. There's 2 ways of getting new IP address:1. Restart your router.
2. Search for faster http proxies and put it inside downloader's setting. This method doesn't need any MEGA account.
Guide for creating portable version1. Download innounp: http://sourceforge.net/projects/innounp/files/latest/download
3. Put MEGA Link Downloader setup to the folder.
4. Save the text below as run.bat file & put the bat file to the same folder as innounp and MEGA Link Downloader setup. Change the setup name as the installer's name.
innounp -x -d'MEGA Link Downloader' 'MEGA Link Downloader v2.8_Setup.exe'
5. Run 'run.bat'
6. The portable version is in 'MEGA Link Downloader{app}'
